Mr. Andalib Alavi was a General Manager-Legal & Company Secretary of Engro Chemical Pakistan Limited. He was also Chairman of Engro Management Services (Private) Limited and was also the Legal Advisor / Company Secretary of the other Engro group companies. He also served as a member of the Management Committee of Engro. He was a member of the Corporate Governance Committee of the Karachi Stock Exchange. He joined Engro in 1992 and retired in 2017. He later joined Shell as a company secretary in 2017. He is a Bar-at-Law from Lincolns Inn and holds an LLB Hons from LSE, University of London.
