Utilizing our services enables boards to spend less time gathering data and more time paying attention to high impact, low performance areas and developing solutions that support management to achieve the desired strategic objectives.

Effective boards make sound collective decisions to meet strategic objectives and provide oversight and support to their companies on key matters for optimal operational performance. PICG has been facilitating company boards over the past few years through its efficient Board Evaluation services which enables boards, its committees as well as individual directors perform to their maximum capabilities by identifying critical gaps in areas of their fiduciary responsibilities. In Pakistan, Boards shall undertake, annually, a formal process of evaluation of the Board’s own performance, members of the Board and of its committees, either directly or by engaging an external independent consultant, under the following regulations applicable to various sectors and company types:

  • Listed Companies (Code of Corporate Governance) Regulations, 2019
  • State Bank of Pakistan Guidelines on Performance Evaluation of Board of Directors
  • Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013
